This foundation training is designed to educate you in the interpretation of the AccuMatch behavior traits identified through the assessment, as well as its coaching applicability.
It is not a crystal ball read of someone's personality, rather it is gives you an appreciation for the client's context in order to ask better coaching questions so that they can identify their underlying meta-programs.
